What does it take to become an Air Force fighter pilot?

This story is the chronicle of my sons journey through the Air Force Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) program at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Ever since he was a little boy, Phillip has wanted to fly fighters.  He never lost his focus and never let go of his dream.  This is the story of what it takes to get appointed to the toughest, most competitive primary pilot training program in the Air Force, and what it takes to get through it.  The good days, the bad days, the terrible days.  Follow the 55 week journey of young men and women who push themselves to ever higher levels of ability and performance while tenaciously holding on to their desire to serve their countries in uniform - and earn the right to wear the wings of a warrior pilot.
