Pictured above, is a sample of one of an entire series of aluminum
placard plates we've re-created for the entire line of 1940's through
1950's series Mercury Outboards. These plates were reproduced using the
same Acid Etch and Fill process which was in use during that time
period. They are extremely faithful reproductions of the originals and
were produced for a customer who specializes in the restoration and
rebuild of Mercury motors from this era. For more information, please
